REVIEW OF THE THEORETICAL AND ORGANIZATIONALECONOMIC FOUNDATIONS OF THE PROCESS OF ENCOURAGING LAND USE IN AGRICULTURE
M.Inoyatova – trainee teacher, TIIAME NRU, J.Saitbayeva – 2nd year master degree student, TIIAME NRU Abstract Global climate change in the world in the 21st century, the reduction of biodiversity, poses a serious threat not only to the development of economic sectors, but also to the prosperous future of mankind. This is due to the fact that the economic and political security of any country is measured primarily by the level of food security of its population. This process is directly related to the effective solution of land use issues in agriculture. However, in many countries around the world, land-use decisions that do not take into account their environmental impacts lead to a decrease in the natural fertility of the soil. That is why, in world practice, the implementation of existing agricultural land is becoming increasingly important, in particular, on the basis of stimulating measures to maintain and restore soil fertility. Key words: climate change, land, land reforms, organizational-economic bases, soil properties, stimulation, regulations.

IMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY OF AGRICULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS USING WATER-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES
L.Akhmedova – 3rd year student, Sh.Murodov – Associate professor, Ph.D. NRU TIIAME Abstract Water resources are of great value for the whole world and the economies of all countries, the stock of which has significantly decreased in recent years. Most (about 70 %) of all drinking water reserves are used for irrigation in the agricultural sector. This indicator varies depending on the intensity of consumption in different countries, an increase which indicates an acute shortage of water. Reducing the number of available water resources encourages the use of resource-saving technologies that can significantly reduce water waste. World experience shows that over the past decades there have been qualitative changes in resource-saving technologies that allow collecting, storing, and recharging water resources. Also important is the option of using alternative water sources, which have already become a replacement and there as on for the increase in traditional water sources. The article discusses alternative water sources and their use in countries with water shortages. Key words: alternative water sources, water shortage, desalinated seawater, rainwater harvesting, reclaimed water, irrigation.
IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNET TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATION AS AN IMPORTANT STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ECONOMY
D.R. Ubaydullaeva– c.t.s., associate professor, Sh.R. Ubaydullaeva– c.t.s., associate professor, J.I. Usmonov - senior lecturer, TIIAME Abstract The digitalization of the agricultural economy begins with education. INNOVATION AS THE MAIN FACTOR OF INCREASING THE EXPORT OPPORTUNITY OF THE AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPEX OF THE REPUBLIC
K.Numonov - PhD, Associate professor, U.Akhmedov - PhD, Associate professor, Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnology. Kh.Kodirov - PhD, Senior Lecturer, Namangan Institute of Engineering and Technology Abstract Uzbekistan has significant potential for integration into the global agri-food system. The state agri-food policy should be aimed at the formation of long-term factors for the growth of competitiveness. The innovation process in the agricultural sector is a constant and continuous stream of transformation of technical or technological ideas into new technologies or its individual components and bringing them to use directly in production in order to obtain qualitatively new products. These measures lead to an increase in the export potential of the agro-industrial complex of the republic. MANUFACTURE OF HIGH-TEMPERATURE ELECTRIC HEATERS BASED ON SOLAR ENERGY
L.S. Suvonova - Assistant, “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” National Research University Abstract: This article discusses the role of solar energy as a natural energy source for the synthesis of electric heaters. The work of famous scientists on the development of the field of using energy devices based on solar energy in heat supply systems is presented. As a result of converting solar energy into heat, productivity can be increased by automatically adjusting energy consumption in the manufacture of high-temperature electric heaters using a set of solar energy devices, using these structures to reduce capital costs in the manufacture and operation of high-temperature electric heaters. A distinctive feature of electric heaters is their electrical resistance, maximum and minimum conditions at room temperature, the choice of heaters and their division into groups. The resistance of a high-temperature electric heater is the result of measurements in an open field at a constant temperature of 1000-1500°C in a steady state of the working section. Electric heaters can be used in other rooms as well. Chromite is the least aggressive substance in comparison with lanthanum, gases in the atmosphere at heater temperatures up to 1200°C. When the oxygen reduced pressure is less than 100 Pa, it is possible to operate at 1400°C in this gaseous environment. Convenience, simple and quick replacement, continuous and cyclic operation, heating in an oxidizing atmosphere up to 1800°C, stability of electrical properties during operation (no aging) - the possibility of using old and new electric heaters together, the ability to work in the whole temperature range (from room temperature to the maximum). In addition, lanthanum chromite high temperature electric stirrer types, lanthanum chromite high temperature electric heating elements are made of ceramic material, conductive and resistive heating capabilities directly from room temperature, lanthanum chromite heaters are used in air driven resistance electric furnaces and up to 1700° C °, some provide thermal processes at temperatures up to 1800°C C in boxes. It is stated that the heaters can be used continuously and intermittently with full cooling between cycles.
