Introduction. In certain industries, which have a special nature of the implementation of the production process, there are specific features of determining the economic efficiency, such as the impact of technological, natural factors, the requirements for maintaining environmental sustainability. The most important issue for lemon growing farms, which is the object of our research, is to obtain annual economic efficiency. This, in turn, is directly related to the state and technology of labor organization, which allows to ensure a systematic benefit from the production process.
