Introduction. At present, a special place in the acceleration of economic reforms in our country is played by further reform and modernization of the agricultural sector. Accordingly, in recent years, with the introduction of a new form of entrepreneurship in the integration of agro-industry - cluster activities, the concept of "chain of surplusage value" has entered the economic life of our country and has become commonplace in both legislation and practice. We think that this term did not appear spontaneously, but due to the demands of the situation, it became a necessity in the economic life of our country and found its place in the economic relations of social reproduction. Consequently, today “... we consider the creation of a favorable agribusiness environment and chain of surplusage value as a priority”. "The development of the chain of surplusage value is an important factor in ensuring the competitiveness of agriculture".
