Based on the specific characteristics of the agrarian sector, it should be noted that support is sometimes required for agrarian entrepreneurs to start their own business, for poor agricultural enterprises to “stand on their feet” and to enter new export markets. This will eventually lead to the creation of new job places and an increase in the income of the population. For this purpose, a number of benefits have been introduced in our country in recent years. In 2021, the total volume of the revised benefits was 51 trillion soums. As a result, 170,000 new business entities were opened last year, and more than 500,000 job places were created.
