Іntroductіon. Today, a number of reforms are being carried out in our country to develop the tourism industry. The decisions of the government, the benefits provided, the conditions created are examples of this. In particular, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Tourism” № ZRU-549 of July 18, 2019 was adopted. The law defines the modern programs to be created in the field of tourism, the procedure for its monitoring and development.
