FOREIGN EXPERIENCES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF FISH-FARMING: IN CASE OF CROATIA I.Yunusov - PhD, Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers
This article analyzes the fishery development of Croatia, production indicators of fish products, and the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis) of fisheries and aquaculture. In this article, the main prospects and directions of strategic development of fish-farming in European countries are considered. It is shown that the main ways to improve environmental and economic efficiency should be: the development of public policy on rational use, conservation and protection of resource potential of inland water bodies, improvement of organizational and economic mechanisms and modernization of legal framework of fish catch; strategic planning and scientific - technical support of fisheries as a whole. Therefore, suggestions and conclusions on the application of some Croatian experiences in our country are presented. Key words: fish-farming, SWOT analysis, fish farming products, cage fishing, intensive technology, fish species, fish-farming development, economic development of fisheries.
THE MAIN FACTORS AFFECTING THE EFFICIENCY OF FISH PRODUCTION I.Yunusov - PhD, Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers. U.Sadullaev - PhD researcher, Scientific-research institute of Agricultural Economics
In this article, the main prospects and directions of strategic development of fish-farming in the conditions of economic issues are considered. It is shown that the main ways to improve economic efficiency should be conservation and protection of water resources, improvement of organizational and economic mechanisms of fish-farming development; government support to fisheries as a whole. An important aspect that must be considered when determining the level of factors affecting the efficiency of fishing industry is the correct choice of factors. If we analyze this by region or organization, the same factor may have different effects on the socio-economic efficiency of the industry. Therefore, this article is devoted to determine the influence level and relationships between factors affecting the efficiency of fish-farming. Key words: factors, factor analysis, fish-farming, fish production, socio-economic category, fisheries, ecological fisheries development, economic efficiency of fish-farming.
OPEN AND DISTANCE LEARNING SYSTEMS Z. Ismailova – Professor TIIAME, M. Baybaeva - Associate Professor Institute of Public Education named after Avloni, B. Ergashev - Associate Professor Namangan Engineering and Technology Institute
The purpose of this study was to investigate the pedagogical issues concerning Open and Distance Learning (ODL) systems through a critical review of the relevant published work. The review categorized articles into three categories, namely theoretical approaches, technological approaches and evaluation studies. The review showed that open and distance learning is mainly technology driven. Researchers exploit the technological features of Information and Communication Technologies for the design and development of ODL environments, without paying much attention to and applying theoretical models, pedagogical principles and instructional goals. They rather seem to follow the conventional, general instructional design guidelines concerning stand-alone educational software applications, mostly based on hypermedia systems. The main theoretical approach implied by the majority of the published work is constructivism together with collaborative learning, without referring to or applying social constructivism. Our proposal for effective open and distance learning environments is the exploitation of the tools Information and Communication Technologies offer in a constructivist environment involving specific didactic goals and learning outcomes. Key words: open and distance learning (ODL), technological features, information and communication technologies, design, category, technology, theoretical approach, communication, didactics, learning.
